OHI offers world-class offshore helicopter and air mobility services.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to complying with applicable data protection law and following best practise data guidelines to safeguard all data that we collect, process and hold. For these purposes, “Data” means any information which relates to an identified or identifiable person, for example, email and postal addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, account data etc. This Privacy Policy explains the type of Data that we collect, how we process Data and our procedures in the event of a security breach. DATA WE COLLECT

We may collect any Data that you provide to us when you contact us directly in person, via our Website, by email, telephone or in writing, via our online contact forms, event pages or mailing sign-up platforms etc.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this Data are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting ohi@ohi.pt Please note that removing consent may affect your interactions with us (e.g. you may stop receiving notifications or emails).

Personal Data: We collect and process personal Data provided by our clients such as name, job title, industry, company details, email address and/or telephone number and any other information relevant to your query.

We will only otherwise share your Data with a third-party partner if necessary to fulfil your project requirements.

Marketing Data: We do not sell any marketing Data to third parties. We only market our own services based on the following legitimate interests/consent:

• When we have obtained a person’s details during a sale or negotiations for a sale of a product or service;

• When a person has asked or consented to be contacted;

• For marketing similar OHI services; and• Where the person is given a simple opportunity to refuse marketing when their details are collected, and if they don’t opt out at this point, are given a simple way todo so in future messages.

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Locations: The Data that we process is processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Physical Data: Physical copies of accounting information that we are required to hold for our references such as receipts, Purchase Orders and Invoices are kept and stored securely for durations as defined in Portuguese law.

Personal Data: Personal Data provided by our clients (and prospective customers) including names, addresses, contact details, customer relationship information is stored securely within our business operating systems.

We follow strict precautions to keep your Data safe.

If we believe that Data has been significantly compromised, we will report the issue to the relevant authorities.
