WHO WE ARE

BACKGROUND

Sophisticated Partner of Local Operators

OHI was founded in 2011, as part of the strategic partnership between Stirling Square Capital Partners (SSCP) and the founders of Portugal-based OMNI SGPS, pursuant to the de-merger of the helicopter business activities of OMNI SGPS into Omni Helicopters International SA (OHI). SSCP made a growth capital investment in OHI in November 2011.
OHI was established to support dynamic helicopter operators serving the offshore oil & gas industry with access to aircraft, financial resources and management capabilities. Our management style is institutional and sophisticated, while retaining the founders’ characteristic entrepreneurial drive and sensitivity to local market practices and dynamics.
